He guided United States through one of its most perilous periods in history, shaping the country to be what it is now, but most importantly, he preserved the Union. He was once regarded as the Great Emancipator, because of his actions that started freeing the slaves. With this ordeal, Lincoln was careful to keep all control in his hands. He didn’t allow any actions to be made before they should, not in the government and not in the military. Organisational Behaviour for Journal of Nursing- myassignmenthelp

Question: Discuss about theOrganisational Behaviour for Journal of Nursing Studies. Answer: Discussion Successful communication is influenced by adopting effective assertive communication and listening skills. To solve the issue at hand of the two teams with different political affiliations, I would adopt use of the two set of communication skills to make them understand need for a positive environment of their meeting. Respect the rules governing the meeting. Since this is an official meeting, there are governing rules that I would read to them to ensure they first understand what is expected of them. This is important as its easier to gage if they disrupt the meeting out of ignorance or lack of understanding (Kukorelli, 2017). Right timing. I would advise the two parties to be very careful on the instances where they chose to give their comments and the type of voice tones they apply. Its not healthy in any given communication for the parties involved to give their comments at the same time, what they decide to give should be impactful. The timing should also enhance the right content and how they choose to let it out. Less or no Interruption. I will explain the need to have less or no interruption during the conversation. This is because interruption sends a lot of information that may result to misunderstandings and conflicts since we all think and react at different rates (Omura, Maguire, Levett-Jones Stone, 2017). Ask questions to clarify. The two should understand that in communication, every party has a right to pass information. As a result, questions should not be used to confirm a disapproval but instead to clarify any unclear given details. I would advise them to have an open mind. This is important to help them grasp what the speaker is trying to say and picture it out. References Kukorelli, K. (2017). Assertive Communication Approach as a Way to Broaden the Sense of We.
